By accessing or using SkillForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SkillForge is an AI training platform that evaluates your prompt engineering skills through competitive challenges. We provide scoring, rankings, and skill tracking. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to use your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use SkillForge.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to manipulate scores or rankings, use automated tools to submit prompts, reverse-engineer the evaluation system, abuse the API beyond normal usage limits, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By submitting content, you grant SkillForge a license to process, evaluate, and display your submissions as part of the service. The SkillForge platform, design, and code are our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
SkillForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SkillForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
