Getting Started
What is SkillForge?
SkillForge is a competitive platform that measures your AI prompt engineering skills. You solve challenges, get scored by an AI evaluator, and compete on global leaderboards. Think of it as LeetCode, but for working with AI.
How scoring works
Each submission is evaluated on 4 dimensions (0-100 each):
- Prompt Quality — How clear, effective, and well-structured your prompt is
- AI Reasoning — Does it guide the AI through proper thinking steps
- Workflow Thinking — Architectural and system design quality
- Communication — Unambiguous, well-organized instructions
Your overall score is the average of these 4 dimensions. A score of 70+ counts as "solved."
Challenge difficulties
Beginner50-60 points — Great for learning the basics
Intermediate140-160 points — Real-world complexity
Expert300-350 points — Advanced prompt engineering

Your dashboard tracks everything:
- AI Score — Your ELO-style rating based on all submissions
- Global Ranking — Where you stand among all engineers
- Activity Heatmap — Your daily training consistency
- Skill Radar — Breakdown across 6 skill categories
- Streak — Consecutive days of activity
- Achievements — Badges earned through milestones
